Kuno Fischer (Fischer) (1824) – known German historian of philosophy, was born in Silesia. In 1850, opened the course in Heidelberg, but he was prohibited from lecturing, without explanation. Fisher, in presenting the history of philosophy, is not primarily a history of problems (van Windelband, in "Geschichte der Philosophie" and Renouvier in "Esquisses d'une classification des systemes philosophiques"), not the historical and cultural study of the conditions of occurrence and development of philosophical exercises (Benn, Gompertz), and not an economic interpretation of philosophy (Eleyteropulos, Patten).
