Biography Butovskii Ivan G.

Butovsky Ivan Grigorievich – the doctor he was studying in St Petersburg in the medico-surgical academy, where he was kazennokoshtnym pupil, who in 1824 issued with the title of doctor 2 sections and defined in Tarutinsky Infantry Regiment, in 1828 moved to the 8 th Chasseurs Regiment in 1829 was promoted to staff-surgeon and in 1832 established an intern in the Kiev military hospital. Biography Petnikova Anton G.

Petnikov Anton Grigorievich – physician, received his higher education at Imperial Medico-Surgical Academy, which he entered kazennokoshtnym pupil in 1822. In 1826 Petnikov completed a course in the Academy with the title of doctor and was appointed to an infantry regiment of the Prince of Prussia. In 1830, he received the rank of staff-surgeon, and took in that regiment senior physician, and in 1838 was transferred to a military hospital Bobruisk. Biography of Ivan Petrovich Pavlov

Ivan Petrovich Pavlov (1849) – physiologist, son of a priest in Ryazan province. Graduate Course of Science in Medical-Surgical Academy. In 1879, in 1884 he was appointed a lecturer of physiology and in the same year received a trip for 2 years abroad with the scientific view, in 1890 he was appointed extraordinary professor at Tomsk University in the department of pharmacology, but in the same year moved in the Imperial military – medical academy extraordinary professor, and since 1897 full professor of the Academy. Outstanding scientific works of Professor P. can be divided into 3 groups: l) work on the innervation of the heart, 2) work associated with Eck 's operation, and 3) work on the secretory activity of glands of the digestive tract.
